1. Scope & Commitment

JAFRON ("we", "our", "us") operates strictly as a B2B apparel manufacturer and supply partner. We respect the confidentiality of our business clients, emerging brands, authorized distributors, and partners. This policy outlines how commercial information, contact records, and artwork assets are collected, utilized, and safeguarded.

2. Commercial Data We Collect

We only gather information necessary to execute business quotations, sample prototyping, and bulk production contracts:

• Company Credentials: Registered business name, GST/Tax identification number, registered address, and logistics delivery hubs.
• Contact Details: Representative name, corporate email address, contact phone number, and designation.
• Proprietary Design Assets: Digital tech packs, CAD patterns, brand vector artwork, Pantone color specifications, and custom label mockups.
• Order Data: Silhouette specifications, GSM requirements, order volumes, commercial proforma records, and payment receipts.

3. Client Design Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property Protection

We treat all proprietary brand artwork, print files, label designs, and tech packs submitted to JAFRON under strict non-disclosure. We never replicate, sell, or disclose proprietary brand artwork to third parties or other brand clients. All client-supplied designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective brand.

4. Use of Business Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Process and dispatch pre-production samples and production runs.
• Coordinate door-to-door or hub-to-hub surface and express freight logistics.
• Facilitate commercial invoicing, GST reporting, and export documentation.
• Provide order manufacturing status updates and distribution territorial notices.

5. Data Security & Retention

Client technical specs and transaction data are stored on encrypted servers with restricted internal access. Records are retained in compliance with statutory Indian commercial and taxation laws for audit purposes.

1. Business-to-Business Relationship

All transactions, inquiries, proforma invoices, and purchase orders placed with JAFRON are strictly commercial B2B contracts. JAFRON does not operate as a retail business or direct-to-consumer store.

2. Quotation Validity & Order Confirmation

Formal commercial quotes remain valid for 15 calendar days due to raw cotton and yarn market price dynamics. Orders are deemed officially confirmed only upon written sign-off of the Proforma Invoice (PI) and realization of the agreed advance payment deposit.

3. Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Sign-Off

For custom private-label orders, bulk cutting starts exclusively after written client approval of physical or digital pre-production samples. Any alterations requested after PPS sign-off may incur revisions in cost and production turnaround timelines.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances

In accordance with global textile manufacturing standards:

• Fabric Weight (GSM): A commercial tolerance of ±5% is standard due to natural yarn density variations and finishing baths.
• Dimensional Shrinkage: Bio-washed fabrics are calibrated to an industry-standard dimensional shrinkage tolerance of 3% to 5% under standard laundering conditions.
• Quantity Over/Under Run: Bulk orders are subject to a standard manufacturing over/under tolerance of ±3%, invoiced at the agreed per-unit rate.

5. Payment Terms & Title of Goods

Unless negotiated under an authorized distributor credit agreement, standard manufacturing terms require a 50% production advance with the remaining balance due against delivery receipt or before final logistics handover. Title of goods transfers upon full invoice settlement.

6. Force Majeure & Jurisdiction

Neither party is held liable for delivery delays caused by acts of God, extreme natural disasters, electrical grid disruptions, or regulatory trade embargoes. Commercial disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our regional headquarters.

1. Packaging & Protective Standards

Every garment unit is steam-pressed and packed in recyclable 50-micron polybags (individual or master bundle per client spec). Garments are boxed inside 7-ply heavy-duty corrugated export cartons, cross-strapped, and moisture-sealed for damage-free transit.

2. Domestic Shipping Modes (India)

We partner with tier-1 national logistics providers (V-Trans, Safechem, TCI Freight, Bluedart, Delhivery Surface Cargo) offering:

• Full Truckload (FTL) & Part Truckload (PTL): For distributor volumes above 2,500 units directly to regional distribution centers.
• Surface Express Cargo: Ideal for brand drop batches between 200 and 2,000 units with 3–6 business day pan-India reach.
• Air Freight: Expedited air dispatch available for urgent sample sets or priority retail launch dates (1–2 days).

3. Turnaround & Dispatch Timelines

Standard bulk orders (500 to 5,000 units) ship within 7 to 14 business days following pre-production sample sign-off. High-volume runs (10,000+ units) follow a staged dispatch schedule as mutually confirmed on the Proforma Invoice.

4. International Freight & Incoterms

For international clients and overseas distributors, JAFRON supports FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DDU/DAP terms via sea container freight or DHL/FedEx Express Air. All consignments include certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and custom airway/lading bills.

5. Consignment Tracking & Transit Insurance

Upon cargo dispatch, an automated dispatch note with Lorry Receipt (LR) number / Airway Bill (AWB) is shared via email. Comprehensive marine/transit insurance can be arranged on request at nominal tariff rates to safeguard high-value consignments.

1. Commercial B2B Quality Commitment

As a bespoke B2B manufacturer producing customized garments tailored with client logos, tags, and custom cuts, we do not accept open-ended consumer returns or change-of-mind exchanges. We uphold an uncompromising AQL 2.5 manufacturing audit standard to ensure flawless execution before dispatch.

2. 7-Day Inspection Window

Upon physical arrival of the cargo consignment at your delivery hub, your receiving team has 7 calendar days to audit cartons against the packing list and inspect for any manufacturing non-conformities.

3. Valid Claim Conditions

A warranty replacement, credit note, or rework remedy is issued for:

• Material Manufacturing Defect: Open seams, major knit holes, broken needle runs, or missing stitching.
• Print / Embroidery Deviations: Significant positioning or artwork misalignment exceeding ±1.5cm from the approved tech pack.
• Severe Shade Variance: Color delta outside standard commercial textile batch variance (Delta E > 2.0).
• Incorrect Labeling: Private woven tags or neck transfers sewn contrary to approved sample mockups.

4. Claim Filing Procedure

To submit a quality audit claim:

1. Email business@jafron.in with subject "Quality Claim - [Invoice # / Brand Name]" within 7 days of delivery.
2. Attach high-resolution photos and brief video demonstration of the defective units along with carton barcoding labels.
3. Our QA Director reviews and confirms claim validity within 48 business hours.

5. Remedy & Replacement Dispatch

Upon verification of defective units, JAFRON will, at its discretion, either: (a) produce and express-dispatch replacement units at zero extra cost, or (b) issue a commercial Credit Note adjusted in your next production run.

3. Territorial Rights & Non-Cannibalization

Authorized Distributors are granted defined municipal, state, or regional operational territories. JAFRON will not onboard competing distributors in the same immediate territory as long as agreed quarterly volume thresholds and inventory commitments are maintained.

4. Priority Allocation & Buffer Inventory

Authorized partners receive guaranteed monthly fabric slot allocations, protected ready-to-cut greige fabric buffers, and fast-track 7-day dispatch to prevent out-of-stock situations during peak festival and seasonal spikes.

5. Marketing Support & Swatch Kits

JAFRON provides official physical fabric shade books (100+ colors), technical silhouette hang cards, marketing collateral, and digital B2B catalogs free of cost to empower your local sales reps and sub-dealers.

6. Application & Onboarding
